Hi qts, I’m Em. In 2024 I found myself finally making my way back to my childhood reading obsession. I like books of all sorts, but these days I find there’s nothing quite like the catharsis of ✨ fantasy romance ✨ to get me through the harder parts of this Earth Existence. When I found myself 60+ books in and couldn’t remember which growly love interest belonged to which series, I realized I needed to do some cataloguing… and so Depths of the Wood was born.

When I’m not reading, you can find me coding at my day job, endlessly painting the rooms of my house green, drinking giant mason jars of tea, and hanging out with my dog, cat, and partner in the mountains of Vermont.
